 Rachel Julian-Jones completed her Doctor of Musical Arts at the UNLV in 2005. She also holds Masters of Music and Bachelor of Arts degrees in music. Rachel is an active freelance percussionist in the Las Vegas area. Her performance credits include the Las Vegas Philharmonic, Nevada Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and Hairspray at the Luxor Hotel. She appeared on Andrea Bocelli’s DVD “Amore under the Desert Sky” (2005). Rachel serves as a percussion coach for the Las Vegas Youth Orchestras as well as Coronado High School and Robins Middle School percussion program. She maintains a private percussion studio and teaches part-time at the College of Southern Nevada. Rachel facilitates drum circle rhythm workshops for various camps in Las Vegas, including the Nevada School of the Arts Suzuki Camp.
